By accessing or using the 407 platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 407 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are not permitted to use this platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 407 ("Platform"). Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to ensure you remain informed of the current applicable terms.
This platform is intended for individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on 407. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Your username must match your full name as shown on your official identification document and registered bank account. Accounts registered using false information or another person's details may be suspended or closed without prior notice.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. 407 will never ask for your password via email or any other channel. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately at [email protected].
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a 407 platform user, you agree to comply with all usage rules set out herein. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without any refund:
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised means to access or interact with the platform.
- Engaging in fraud, manipulation, or exploitation of any system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
- Sharing account credentials or allowing another party to use your account.
- Depositing or withdrawing funds through methods not authorised by the platform.
- Engaging in any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law.
- Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
407 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of breaching these rules and to take appropriate action, including placing a hold on the funds involved while the investigation is ongoing.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 407 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted deposit methods include local bank transfers via DuitNow and FPX. Deposits are processed automatically and are typically credited to your account within minutes once the transaction is successfully verified by the bank.
Withdrawals are processed to a Malaysian bank account registered in the same user's name. 407 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and may vary based on account tier and the chosen withdrawal method.
407 is not liable for any bank charges, currency conversion fees, or other charges imposed by third-party financial institutions during transaction processing. You are responsible for ensuring that your registered bank account details are accurate and up to date. Any losses resulting from incorrect account information are entirely your responsibility.

Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policy
Platform Liability Limits
The 407 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 407 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 407 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 407 platform — including logos, interface design, graphics, text, and software — is the exclusive property of 407 and is protected under applicable copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content for commercial purposes without express written permission from 407.
Account Suspension & Closure
407 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account suspected of violating these Terms and Conditions, engaging in fraudulent activity, or breaching applicable law — with or without prior notice. In cases of suspension due to suspected violations, account funds may be placed on hold while the investigation is conducted. Users whose accounts have been closed in error may appeal through the available support channels.
Third-Party Links
The 407 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 407 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites or services. Accessing third-party links is entirely at your own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
407 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the relevant courts in Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be removed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
